Nordmark is a market leader within the field of precision CNC machining and handling of heavy, complex elements weighing more than 120 tons or measuring 32 by 8 by 3 meters to comply with industrial requirements. At the company headquarters in Sæby, we offer state-of-the-art CNC milling solutions – as well as CNC turning solutions based on the largest lathes – for the wind industry. The CNC turning and milling machines in Sæby are the largest of their kind in Denmark, and one of the largest in Europe as such.
We provide CNC milling solutions from one of the most experienced CNC workshops in Denmark. Our most important job is to make sure our customers are satisfied with the CNC machining of the end product and that is why we strive to make the process of CNC machining as cost-effective as possible. This requires skill, communication and experience and that is why we will guide customers all the way to make sure that no steps in the manufacturing process are compromised.
Nordmark is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and guarantee ideal quality down to the last detail throughout the CNC machining process flow. All parts are delivered with accompanying documentation pursuant to customer demands and full traceability. Dimensional checks and measurement campaigns are conducted during the CNC manufacturing process to ensure that the parts meet customer specifications. All measurements are made with precision equipment that is subject to continuous calibration of an accredited independent calibration institution. By using modern technology, methods and equipment with a resolution of up to 0.0001 mm, we can control our manufacturing with great precision.
The dimensional checks and measurements involve mechanical CNC measurements, normal measuring equipment, (e.g. calliper and micrometer), and final inspection by QA employees using laser tracking technology.
