ESG is not about claiming to have all the answers. It is about taking responsibility, creating transparency and continuously improving the way we work – step by step.

 

As a supplier of high-precision machining solutions for wind energy and heavy industry, we know that our customers depend on more than technical capabilities. They depend on reliability, quality, safety, documentation and responsible business practices throughout the value chain.

 

Our ESG Report 2025 reflects the work we have done during the year within environmental responsibility, health and safety, employee well-being, governance, community engagement and responsible business conduct. But just as importantly, it reflects the areas where we know we must continue to improve.

 

In 2025, we have strengthened our focus on health and safety, worked systematically with our environmental impact, continued our efforts to create a good and inclusive workplace, and taken further steps to support responsible business practices across our organisation.

 

These are also the areas identified as most important to Nordmark through our double materiality assessment: reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving workplace safety and strengthening the overall working environment.

 

We do this not only because it is the right thing to do – but because it supports the way we want to work with our customers and partners: with transparency, structure and a long-term perspective.

 

Not everything is solved. And that is exactly why the work matters.

 

ESG is an ongoing journey. It requires data, structure, dialogue and action – but also the willingness to look honestly at where we are today and where we need to do better tomorrow.

 

For our customers, our ESG work is also part of our commitment to being a responsible and reliable partner – one that understands the increasing expectations placed on the industry and actively works to improve its own practices.
